Facilities: Tired, Old; Value: Over-priced; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Lacking; The room I had was right next to a night club and a crowing rooster, both of which started at about 11pm and went until dawn!

Desk staff was friendly at check in. Room was comfortable and large with a big bathroom. Aircon worked well and the location was ideal for shopping.

Directly across the street from an academy and a college. I had a 3rd floor front facing room with a massive window but no view because the hotel sign was covering everything. Additionally, my room was facing the road so the road noise and constant honking started around 430am and ended around midnight. LCD TV in room was small but signal was great and they have many channels in multiple languages to choose from. Bed was big but a bit firm for me. Lighting in the room was excellent and they supply 2 bottles of drinking water daily. Restroom was modern and looked very good but needs more lighting near the mirror for putting in contacts ect..., My room included breakfast daily which is served until 11am. Breakfast included a choice of several plans and is definitely worth $5 extra for the room. The location is near a mall but apparently walking at night is not recommended because of safety. If you want some nightlife within walking distance then you should look elsewhere. Overall, I think the hotel is a bit over-priced but probably an excellent location for students.

The hotel looks new and fresh but we had some issues in room 103 (ground floor). - When we used the shower water floated outside the shower into the actual bathroom area and wet the floor completely. This was due to bad sealing and is easily fixed. - Our A/C unit made so much noise that it was impossible to sleep, we had to put it on fan mode during the night.

The hotel is comfortable, but not fancy. It is well located about 30 minutes from the airport and the seaport. It is also short cab ride to restreaunts and tourist attractions. There is a small mall with several resteraunts within walking distance. The resteraunt is simmillarly good, but not fancy.

stay was ok except for the fact that they do not offer late check out :-(

The rooms are very small and most of them have windows looking out on a wall. Suffocating heat as their corridors are not air conditioned. They changed my room as my room had no fresh air coming in and gave me a room with a view.. The reception people were nice but their free breakfast was not even half as good as the other hotels I stayed in Cebu.

This is not the hotel to stay at if you want to be near the beach or in the middle of the touristy areas or night life. However, it's a good inexpensive hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff and a pretty good (if slightly expensive) restaurant on the ground floor.

Overall, our hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. 1. .the staff is courteous and efficient....however the 2. towels , was a little bit unacceptable - fading in color, could be overused?needs to be replaced for new ones...... the pillows are small and tiny. 3. the lobby and hallway leading to the rooms seemed "hot", no ventilation....an "aircool" or big elec.fan is appreciated?
