"Low quality , budget stay 0 luxury"

Delayed check in - and still failed to provide room key and required prompt Room was extremely hot - bathroom very dated No back on remote control. Breakfast - offered hot drink , requested coffee. Was not brought to me throughout meal. Could not wait to check out.

"Another good stay"

Room was very comfortable. Really appreciate the good quality bottled water in the room. Stayed in executive double so a bigger bed and seperate sitting area made the room spacious. Clean and neat thank you Lisa. Food in restaurant was lovely, monk fish was really good. The restaurant manager Joshua was friendly and helpful and our server Lyndsey made sure we had everything we needed. Overall it great value for money with a very good breakfast included

There were some flea traps left under the bed. Appreciate that cleanliness is taken seriously but a little off putting. There was also a ladies coat left in wardrobe which I returned to reception.
