"A classy place"

Was given a free upgrade. Breakfast excellent and catered well for gluten free.

No shampoo/conditioner. It lists spa facilities but these are a 15 minute walk away not as suggested at the hotel.

"Decent hotel for a couple of nights on business"

My room (61) was very spacious with super comfortable bed. Decent breakfast and good quality food at night. Free limited parking on site.

The entrance to the carpark was difficult to find. Some (not all) of the staff seemed a bit disinterested. The bathroom was dated. The cost was pretty high considering the overall fairly average guest experience. I probably would return if I could get a better price.
