Gold Suites

This place is fantastic. My wife and I stayed here for two nights after staying in Oia the previous 3 nights. We wanted to experience the cave style hotel there but then something more upscale in Imerovigli and Gold Suites fit that bill perfectly. We stayed in the Superior Suite with hot tub and caldera view. The rooms are spacious and upscale. The view us beautiful. The hot tub is plenty large. I can’t think of anything negative to say. The hotel provides robes, slippers, etc. On the first night they gave us a nice bottle of Santorini white whine, a plate of fresh fruit and a couple of sweet treats. The breakfasts provided were delivered right on time both mornings. The selections are terrific with a large variety of options and everything tasted great. All of the attendants were extremely helpful, setting up an ATV rental, airport transfer and helping with some of our self guided touring of the island including restaurant recommendations. On the last morning the concierge even made some recommendations in Athens when we told them that was our next stop. Gold Suites really did a great job in helping with our perfect honeymoon in my wife’s dream destination.

This place is so amazing! We stayed in the grand suite for 5 nites - w/heated pool on balcony & jacuzzi in room. It was worth it, the heated pool allowed a view up to the moon at night, & The glass over look balcony to the caldera gave a wonderful view! They shuttled us to and from airport, They brought gifts of wine & snacks, kept our marble floor room immaculate, & when we left they all came out to wave goodbye. The place is clean, new decor all classy and gorgeous. The hotel pool has a great view. They have other rooms with pools, no spa, and they looked great as well - but the grand suite is very private, & imo worth a splurge! The location is only 20min walk to Fira. It’s got the best view of Caldera. Oia you can bus to. There’s a mini market and restaurants around 2 min away. I will be coming back to this adorable hotel. Absolutely. I had looked at this and another nearby, with an indoor cave pool - I am so glad u finally chose this one. An outdoor pool is a must in Santorini. After a walk to fira and shopping - it’s needed!

Perfectly located, relaxing and quiet place to stay on the island of Santorini. Staff was phenomenal and views were breathtaking. It also felt very private and cozy. So happy with our stay!

Very nice hotel in great location on the caldera with excellent service. The staff were very accommodating and service oriented. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be revisiting.

I would give this 3.5 - 4.0 stars. It's hard to rate this hotel bc you have some ups and downs. It is located 6 miles from Oia and 1 mile from Fira. We got the room with the view and hot tub. Pros: View is 2nd to none. Staff is super friendly. Room was really nice and and clean. Location is good. The hotel is in a cul-de-sac, so you have a few restaurants, and a market where you can get snacks, souvenirs, beer, and wine. The market stays open until 12:00am. You can rent a scooter, ATV, or car from the hotel. Cons: Hot tub is about the size of your bathtub (just deeper), and about as warm as your tub when you get out. Hot water shower is hit or miss. You might have hot/warm water or you might not. Pool is super small. Taxi will cost you 25 euro to get to Oia; learn the bus route.

Wonderful view, great service and staff. Harris at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. Everyone made us feel welcome. It was a great time to visit Santorini as the crowds were non existent for now... We would definitely recommend this property! Thanks!
