Hotel staff are very friendly, and the room we stayed has a great view of the sea, hotel staff serve breakfast at the balcony of our room, the food was great too!

Great location, amazing views of the water!

Gold Suites was fantastic all around! My room had a private balcony (as do all their rooms) with an absolutely incredible view over the Caldera. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning so you can enjoy a leisurely wake up gazing over the ocean. Staff were super helpful, and allowed me to store my luggage when I arrive early. They remembered my name each time they saw me, were great about helping with bookings or taxis or whatever I needed, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a nice stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. They sent a complimentary bottle of wine upon check in. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful boutique hotel; highly recommend! Small staff - you will get to know everyone. Bend over backward to make guests happy. A+ class. Loved our private pool. Temperature was always perfect!

Our stay at Gold Suites was absolutely amazing. Obviously the caldera view was stunning, but that wasn't the only great part about our stay. We had a Superior Suite which was perfect for our honeymoon - plenty of space, comfortable, and had a private terrace with hot tub. The staff was incredible from check in to check out. It was the same, small group of folks every day, who were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our days and what we had planned. We utilized the spa services for massages, which were excellent. You do have to go outside Gold Suites and down the road just a minute to access them, but our concierge walked us over, so you wouldn't get lost or anything. The made-to-order breakfast each day was very good and it was wonderful enjoying it on the terrace. The restaurant, Aurum, which is by the pool - they serve the same menu for room service - was excellent. Order the cheese platter, you won't be sorry. All in all, we would highly recommend Gold Suites. The customer service is top of the line, and staying in Imerovigli was a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia.

Most AMAZING experience, the staff is absolutely amazing the food was one of the best we ate in Greece and the hotel is stunning. I can't wait to come back.

Gold Suites is incredibly stunning, perfectly situated and understand the meaning of customer service. They are always waiting for our request and will make sure to accommodate our needs someway or another. Wonderful team especially Lefteris at the front reception. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Gold Suites has a lovely view of Skaros Rock and the surrounding beauty and that is definitely the major draw of Gold Suites. Our room was spacious and did have a large balcony with a hot tub, but the furniture and overall room seemed tired and outdated. The bedding was uncomfortable and the glass doors were never cleaned our whole trip. The room had a slight sewage smell that we had to flush out ourselves. The staff was friendly but also seemed tired from a long season. The highlight was the included breakfast on our patio every morning - very tasty! Overall given the high price tag and large selection of other boutiques hotels to choose from with the same views, I would stay elsewhere next time.

Our 2nt stay here was fantastic. Overall friendly staff. Pool bar/restaurant staff exceptional. All our requests promptly met. Imerovigli is the highest part of Santorini, and nothing blocks the sunsets we all hear so much about. Quiet, romantic, picture perfect. Walking path along the caldera from hotel takes you right to the end in Oia. Approx. 10kms one way, but worth it for the breathtaking views!
