The staff was amazing and the location is perfect. Not too touristy but easy to get to Oia and Fira.

This is a luxury hotel for the room itself and views. There are no frills or extras that would be found in a larger hotel. This is like a bed and breakfast. While the staff was great, there is a lack of adequate staffing. For $900 / night, there needs to be more staff. There needs to be free shuttles to and from Oia and the airport. We stayed in Mykonos at Rocabella for half price and had a full service concierge and all of the free shuttles and airport transfers. Regardless, for a honeymoon, it was worth the once in a lifetime splurge. The views are just that good. The deluxe suite felt like a penthouse suite. The private pool is very tiny but heated and wonderful. Not that these are not private balconies. Many walkers or staff or hotel guests are able to see you. Rooms are separated with just some low dividers

After researching nearly every hotel in Santorini, we settled on Gold Suites and couldn't be happier we did. The property is stunning. The suite is spacious and the patio is huge! We had a private hot tub and used it often. A beautiful breakfast served every morning on the patio...it was gorgeous! And the staff - Dina in particular - could not have been more accommodating. She made our time in Santorini even more special! After walking up and down the path to Fira and touring Oia, this was the best property hands down!

What an amazing experience. It all starts when you arrive. As you sit on the couch, they introduce you to Santorini and the resort. From that point forward they cater to your every need.

Absolutely lovely hotel, my wife and I stayed for a week and returned today, we had an amazing room, with the biggest balcony, personal pool and sun beds all mixed in. The staff were lovely, very helpful, rooms were regularly cleaned, pools cleaned and just really very nice and cutous staff. There were a few glitches, a day we had an electricity blackout, our safe malfunctioned on us but was swiftly resolved, our balconies although amazing people could walk onto them and we experienced this once during our stay, people walking onto your balcony as it was an open balcony and taking photos. Breakfasts are ordered into your room which was something different and very romantic especially when you have such a big balcony and truly amazing views which we had, sometimes food would be missing from our orders but this was a slight glitch. Overall despite a few issues here or there these were very minor things, the hotel & staff were truly fantastic, the room was fabulous as were the facilities but most importantly the views of the island from our balcony was truly breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others visiting, you will not be disappointed.

All good really, a complex of suites, all with some privacy, lovely pool, overlooking the Caldra where the sun sets, it's just all good

This hotel is definitely a luxury space. Great service, gorgeous view, nice sunset and good food. The pool was excellent and had a poolside bar and restaurant. The hotel was also located near the local bus stop so we could take it to Oia to see the sunset.

Amazing stay at the Gold suites, private pool and fine dining around our own pool. So quiet and relaxing and the hotel staff couldn't do more to help. Rooms have a great smell about them and the views are to die for

It was our honeymoon so overall we had a fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful and intimate. The location is perfect. However paying $700/night for a standard room you could stay anywhere in the entire santorini and it might be better. The breakfast is delivered but is routinely late and delays your day and usually they do not bring what you ordered, but close enough. Also the staff mean well but they are not the most efficient and simple tasks such as ordering a coffee may take up to an hour. But if you are willing to overlook their flaws and pay $700/night the hotel is beautiful and the views are stunning so you will have a nice stay.
