The Atrium Resort

What a great place to stay. Short 1.5 miles from all the main beaches at Grace Bay but only a quick golf cart ride (provided by the resort) to Leeward beach which is a superb beach with outstanding views. Paid about 50% less than staying right in Grace Bay. 1 BR condo was outstanding with 1100 Sq feet, balcony for stunning evening sunsets, full kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms and underground, reserved parking. Outrageously large pool combined with a health spa that will cater to your needs. Save $$ by booking direct with the resort and avoid the high fees that the booking companies charge. If you are into golf or want to take the charters to other islands then this is your spot to stay.

We rented the studio apartment and that was a Huge mistake. It was an interior room with the windows facing the interior hall with and elevator and stairs to the garage parking. No balcony or lanai. However, the area although far from the main hotels in Leeward is beautiful but you must rent a car without a doubt if you stay here (the parking is free). The market at blue haven marina - about a 10 minute walk has the best coffee and croissants and wonderful salads at reasonable prices. The pool is stunning but the weather had turned cooler and the winds were extreme so the water temperature was cool as well - lovely reclining chairs with umbrellas that flew in the wind (right out of its base and landed on my back) so be careful. Overall I would rate this place a 6 to 7 - the kitchenette came in handy for breakfast and snacks.

The room was spacious and clean.

The ceiling was leaking and chunks were falling down, there was a fire alarm at 6:30 am, the electricity went out while we were in the elevator, there were no beach chairs provided as promised. There was no place close to get breakfast or coffee without a car- the store on sight had very little.

Beautiful resort, not too much noise, very well located. Beautiful pool. Felt like home.

No parking most of the time. People kept parking in my allocated spot. Water in room was not very hot.

The room at The Atrim Resort was excellent and fully equipped. It had all the comforts of home. The pool was great, modern and clean. You have to pay for housekeeping, but our every three-day service was outstanding. Never were we looking for towels or wash clothes. The price was fair for the excellent service. Be aware you are about three miles from the stores. It's a nice walk but if they had bikes, like some of the other condo, things would have been great. Thanks to Ernest who catered to us and transported us via shuttle to the beach. His service and friendliness were a welcoming touch. There is a spa, but the wife found is hard to arrange an appointment. The little store is good, but they do not have a bar on site. The pool table needs to be replaced, it's really bad. All in all, I give them a score or 8.5 out of 10.

We loved the Atrium it was very quiet. The pool was beautiful and nice to come back to after a day at the beach. We also loved Leeward Beach it was a nice easy 8 minute walk. From there you could easily walk the full length of Grace Bay. Where they put the beach chairs is beautiful but noisy due to construction. I would recommend bringing your own chairs and umbrella. When you book ask if your room will provide that. Ours didn’t so we had to purchase the chairs. Well worth it. If you’re not up to walking to the beach there is plenty of parking. Grace way Gourmet is a wonderful store. They have delicious prepared meals that change daily with wonderful side dishes. After a day of exploring this was a nice option and much cheaper 30$ verses 200$. We also enjoyed the little black cat on the property. We fed her while we were there and she slept out side on our patio. She appreciated the meals. A car is needed at the property. The staff at the Atrium are very helpful. Very clean and quiet.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with facilities for cooking and laundry. Large pool outdoors. Take groceries with you...or plan to shop for groceries and supplies when you arrive. Very nice apartment. Comfortable environment, conducive to rest and sleep.
