The Atrium Resort

The entire resort was immaculately kept. The pool needed cleaning during my stay. There aren't any restaurants onsite, nor around. Closest restaurant was a 20 mins walk. The day concierge was very helpful but once he left the other staff didn't know where anything was. DON"T USE the Swifteats app. Food is delivered 2 hours later.

We really liked this property there was just a couple of things we did not like, there were no restaurants on site no breakfast place around and it said on the listing restaurants on site. The pool has no lighting after 7 so as soon it gets dark you can’t really let your kids go and use the pool it’s too dark. Other than that the property was very spacious and cleaned.

The place is run down. The managers are rude and petty & money-grubbing. Other than that, was lovely! But seriously- after arriving late and explaining we were only there on night before a late afternoon flight, were promised a late checkout of 1pm, an hour beyond normal. The next morning we were told that was not possible. So we returned to pack well before 12p, and the keys wouldn’t work. Three visits to desk later- and 15 minutes late now- we finally were let into our room (did I mention the elevators were broken and run down) only to be called minutes later while frantically packing to inform us that we would be charged for staying longer. When I said we were packing now, the person literally said we had “one minute” to get down or we’d be charged extra. Did I mention the hotel was not full- this being a Tuesday at the end of the season. What a bizarre situation. We raced down- and laughed it off- and joked with the kind woman at the front desk- and it was readily apparent her mean manager and possibly her boss too, were responsible. What jerks.

The accommodation surpassed expectations. The staff took good care of us from transportation to answering any questions we may have had.

Turkis and Caicos is a place without cultural identity. Just a cluster of luxury hotels whose beaches value the exclusivity of their few guests. As for the Hotel, the staff are poorly prepared and do not help at all. There is no welcome or empathy for the guest. There is nothing near the hotel. Restaurants are scarce and expensive

Very nice clean and the place was soo beautiful. Felt like home definitely will come back.

The Atrium Resort is far from all the conveniences. So if you want a vibrant stay. close to the bars, lounge and stores, this is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you like me, are looking for quiet and calm, yes, this is the place. We had a great stay. All the staff was amazing, pool is always super clean. Had a great time.

Our stay was wonderful. VERY private and peaceful. You do need to supply your own food and transportation but you are walking distance to the most beautiful beach and the grounds are quiet and serene. NOT a party atmosphere at all but that was perfect for us. Thank you Atrium and Leeward beach!! We will be back!
