The rooms location and it was small

Property was clean and staff waa so friendly. Rooms come fully equipped with all you may need to make your meals. Beach is an easy walking distance. Negative .... no restaurant on site or a bar. BUT you can buy your own and carry in. So, still a win. I'd definitely return!

Our room had no view.

The Atrium is a time share option when using Interval International. 3 bed 2 bath with a walkout to the pool. It’s very quiet, clean, and bug free. There were no restaurants or bars in the resort. A car is a must to get around the island. It’s a quiet place to swim, sleep, and chill with your friends or family. When you leave the property and find adventures you will start to see why Turks and Caicos is a must go to Island Vacation.

I arrived after their front desk staff was gone for the day. The check in with security was smooth. There were a few roaches I saw in my room while there. Along with some mold on the ceiling in the closet. They had a swim up bar but was unstaffed the entirety of my stay. It would have been nice to know beforehand, along with the hot tub not working with a low water level and unable to heat. The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but that’d was nice at least.

We stayed in a ground level studio. Nice A/C, comfortable bed, pool view. Pool area is nice, no food, music, or drinks. The associated nice beach is a 8-10 min walk where they have free chairs and umbrellas waiting. Each unit has plenty beach towels.

This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium.

Convenient location about 3 miles from the action at Grace Bay, beautiful pool, clean efficiency apartment with nice bed and bath, and full kitchen with fridge, W&D, DW, cook top, coffee maker, blender etc., that came in very handy on this very expensive island (est saved $1000/5 days by eating and drinking in), but the accolades stop there. The gym is well stocked but filthy, the wifi is weak and jumps from room to room when away from your room and forget about streaming, the TVs are probably 15 years old with funky channels and old movies, the pool table is way off level so the balls all roll to oneside, the ping pong paddles are probably the originals from 10-15 years ago, the staff leaves at 5:00, no restaurant or bar on site or nearby. Good value for the price around $300/night in peak season with hotels on the water at Grace Bay rangiong from $550-$3000/night. You'll need a car. I would have given it 4-5 stars if they would just do a little upgrading and maintenance.

I would recommend the Atrium to anyone wanting spend a little less because it is not on the beach. We chose it for its peace and quiet and wonderful huge pool. No restaurant. No bar. Pool.- The deepest area is 5ft. The second area is 4ft with a very shallow area for kiddies to play. The pool and loungers never busy. The beach is an 8-10 minute walk away. The Atrium is within a gated community and is very secure. Our 1 bedroom king bed condo had 1 1/2 bathrooms. The rooms were large. Our unit, A2-2 was clean and had excellent lighting. A few colourful pillows and larger wall pictures would have made it much more inviting, but it seems to depend on the unit owner. Very comfortable beds with wood surround and low height may be awkward for some people. Be aware that the loungers the resort provides on the beach are very hard, no cushions. We found sitting on the sand more comfortable! Some construction work at beach, but it might be ending soon. We did have a problem with someone smoking Cannabis (which is illegal here) near our balcony- the strong smell kept us from enjoying our balcony at times and though reported, not enough was done to stop the problem, and there was no feedback to us, despite asking the manager several times. However, when we reported a small problem with our shower, it was tended to immediately. Need rental car for groceries and restaurant meals. (Bring your own sugar. None provided.) Lovely and quiet, especially at night. Beware a few rooms have no view at all. Ask! No phone in room. Front desk will make restaurant reservations for you. Nicely lit up at night. Would be happy to visit again.

I liked the central location of the pool and the quietness overall

Apparently the hot tub hasn’t been working for awhile. I would also caution would be guess that this isn’t really a resort as the name might imply.
