The staff here are the definition of going above and beyond. 24/7 service made things go so smoothly. The inckuded fresh breakfast made to your order with fresh squeezed juice and fruit everyday was also a big highlight of our stay.

We stayed here for a close option to the bus station. Very clean, great reception and decent breakfast although coffee was lukewarm. Recommend for proximity to bus station (10 minute walk).

The place is great and perfect for our stay. It’s a bit outside of the center of Cusco, around 30min walking, but you can reach it with uber in less than 10min for 2$

The hotel is comfortable, it is located in a residential area, far from the chaotic city center. The best part was the staff, everyone was very kind and welcoming, especially Karina, the lady the works during the Breakfast. When she heard I was sick, she prepared some breakfast for me. When she heard my mum had some diet limitations, she made some amazing food that my parents love. She was really sweet and caring, and made us feel welcome!

The hotel is close to a school, so there is a lot of noise in the morning, in my room, but not in my parents’s one. There were some really loud guest making a lot of noise after 11 PM and before 7 AM, with their doors wide open - the “unpolite guests” were not the hotel’s fault, but I think it should be more strict/clear about noises.

Amazing staff! Breakfast is nice. Clean hotel room. Not much space in rooms and hot water can be touch and go.
