La struttura è molto bella, accogliente e pulita. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile (menzione particolare per lo staff della colazione). Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il servizio lavanderia e il personale è stato molto disponibile per cercare di venirci incontro.

Evitate assolutamente il servizio lavanderia. È pessimo. Abbiamo trovato i nostri vestiti, stinti e macchiati, ad asciugare su tavolini e sedie della sala comune. Rivolgetevi ai servizi lavanderia sparsi per la città. Posizione non centrale.

We stayed here at the end of our trip to be near the airport. It is such a great place!! The room was clean and very nice! The lobby is comfortable and beautiful! They have little lounge/living areas for each level with free tea that are just as cozy as well as beautiful balconies! The staff was even better! They were very helpful and kind. We had to leave at 4 am and they had a taxi ready for us and a packed lunch to take with us!

I visited Cusco in their Autumn. In the days the weather would go up to 60-65 Fahrenheit and sunny. At night it would drop to 35 F.. Yet from the moment I arrived to Torre Dorada this hotel was FREEZING. Thankfully they sent over an electric heater which once it warmed up did heat up my room. If I left my room no matter what time of day the whole place was an icebox. I would go to breakfast and all my hot food would get cold in a matter of minutes. Is heat not a common amenity in hotels in Cusco? Was it just this hotel that lacked a heating system? Outside of the heating issue the staff was wonderful and breakfast was incredible but I just could not deal when I had to spend time in this place. I do not think I will return or if I do it will definitely but during the Summer months.

Beautiful, súper clean and comfy.

They charged me 2 times. I pay at the property and later I was charged by Booking again. I loved the place but very bad to be charged 2 times! Frustrating…
