Torre Dorada

A beautiful hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and very friendly staff. It's just located in a residential area, nowhere near anything. No restaurants or attractions nearby. It's a 40 minute walk to the historical centre. I wouldn't stay here, purely based on the location. There was no hot water in my room and the staff couldn't do anything, so it was a disappointing end to my trip, having to fly to Australia not having showered.

Only the person who is there during the day is good. The other people don’t bother to help knowing that you don’t speak Spanish and are very slow. Forget many things they say they will do for me, bad attitude.

Excelente experiencia. La limpieza y condición del cuarto impecable, como si fuera la primera vez que se usara. El servicio y atención del personal sobresaliente, totalmente enfocado en el huésped y su comodidad. Me ofrecieron servicio de lavandería, me hicieron el desayuno para llevar a mis tours, coordinaron mis transportes, compartieron recomendaciones turísticas. Logre compartir con el personal y aprender sobre su cultura. Me demostraron interés genuino, me sentí en casa. En resumen, me trataron como si fuera parte de su familia. 100% recomendado, el mejor hotel de Cusco, en especial por la calidad humana.

No elevator to go up on the 4th floor with luggage but hotel staff extended his hands to carry them all the way up 👌

El personal es estupendo, las instalaciones impecables. Un poco lejos de las atracciones pero nada que no se solucione en Uber, tiene cochera muy segura en un lugar bonito. Volvería muchas veces

They poison me using acid and other toxic chemicals.I don’t think it is a good hotel.

Everything. I had a great stay. Even though is not located in the city center, the neighborhood is quiet, and it guarantees a grest sleep, something I didn’t get in other places near the tourist area. Karina, the lady in charge of of kitchen is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond. The staff are all friendly and were really helpful even after check out.
