Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence

Staff were outstanding. Property is beautiful, spotless, modern and in an excellent location.

Our room was advertised as a 2 bedroom suite for 3+ adults. The second bedroom was tiny with a bunk bed and no window, akin to a large closet. In the future (and I will be back), I would book 2 separate rooms instead.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence in St. Kassian war einfach großartig. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Suite war großzügig geschnitten, gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders das heimelige Ambiente hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das gesamte Personal war überaus aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Eine besondere Freude war die liebevolle Überraschung zum Hochzeitstag – eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Zimmer, die diesen Tag für uns noch schöner gemacht hat. Hervorheben möchten wir das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offenlässt, und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Erika, die uns mit vielen tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt hat. Auch das Spa ist unbedingt erwähnenswert: sehr gepflegt, wunderbar entspannend und mit einem ansprechenden Angebot. Die Massagen waren erstklassig und haben einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserer Erholung geleistet. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt eine außergewöhnlich gute Erfahrung – erholsam, herzlich und rundum gelungen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

From the moment that we walked through the door at Lagacio, we felt like treasured and special guests. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The ambience inside is so calming. The rooms are beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast at Lagacio was incredible - the selection far surpassed any breakfast that we had on our trip! The spa facilities were sublime, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There are many hiking options nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Cassiano. Many thanks to Barbara for making us feel so welcome especially after a long hut to hut hike!

Shower was very dark and it was impossible to get the sprayer to point anywhere but the door. So avoiding water over the floor was difficult.
