La atención de todo el personal es magnífica en todo momento. En el bar Andrea nos trató con muchísima atención ofreciéndonos los mejores vinos de la región con unos aperitivos deliciosos. Las habitaciones son bonitas con vistas increíbles al valle, espaciosas y tienen todo lo que se puede necesitar. El desayuno es fabuloso, con muchísimas opciones y casi todas caseras. Está cerca de todo, incluido el tele cabina.

El hot tub. Sin cuidar y sucio.

מלון איכותי בעלת תודעת שירות מהגבוהות ביותר של כל עובד במלון. ארוחת בוקר מעולה ואירוח מושלם של אריקה אשר מנצחת על התזמורת בצורה מעוררת השראה. בנוסף החדר היה מרווח עם מרפסת גדולה והיה שקט ובנוסף איטום מושלם של האור מבחוץ מאפשר לישון עד שעה מאוחרת (לא שעשינו את זה כי טיילנו הרבה באזור כולל אופניים וטיולים בשטח - יש הרבה מאוד אפשרויות טובות). הספא מעולה היינו שם הרבה שעות.השהות במלון הייתה מושלמת מאוד מומלץ!

כמו שציינתי החוויה שלנו הייתה ממש מושלמת ואני לא רוצה להתפס להערות שוליות. מלון מעולה , שירות מצויין, לא זול אבל חוויה מדהימה שמצדיקה את העלות.

Everything. Spacious apartment, well facilitated and maintained, almost Japanese level of equipment. Spa was fantastic, gym was great too. Underground parking is a benefit, and breakfast was super! Staff has been kind and supportive

No A/C in the gym. Everything else was perfect
