The swimming pool and facilities and how close the property was to the beach The staff were amazing to talk to and very quick to deal with isues

The privacy in the pool changing room. Wasnt nice. where people could see you getting dressed when coming down the stairs or via the lift. The glass panels should be frosted and maybe a lock or sign fitted on the door for when the changing room is in use

De locatie van het hotel was ideaal voor mijn reis. Het zit overal dichtbij en is goed bereikbaar.

De kamer die ik had was erg gedateerd. Het had alles wat je eventueel nodig had. Het bed zelf was schoon maar het matras was erg hard en het was niet egaal. Er zaten wat hobbels en bobbels in. Het tapijt en muren waren niet schoon en op veel plekken bevlekt.

The hotel is conveniently close to amenities and the sea pier. The staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a nice way to relax. Overall, a good choice for location and friendly service

The building is a bit old, and some rooms are quite far from reception.

The breakfast was extremely poor, the room's windows were quite dirty, there was a strange smell all over the hotel and the room did not have a refrigerator. The whole hotel is quite old!

Swimming pool tucked away in basement and poor condition. So was the family room we stayed in

Breakfast was lush location was ideal near all amenities.like restaurants shops bus routes the sea .would like to comeback another time room very clean and comfy no complaints from us

Nothing really you gave me a ground floor room.made sure plug bye bed for plug for breathing machine

Excellent location, staff very helpful, good size rooms, Coffee/tea making facilities in the room - very good.

Very comfy bed and..Very hot but the fan provided was excellent for cooling down.

Price of beer Nearly £7 for a pint is ridiculous.
