A estadia foi ótima. A equipe muito prestativa e cordial. Super simpáticos. Ótimo café da manhã e serviço de quarto. Ótima limpeza. O quarto oferecido possuía uma porta de acesso ao quarto contíguo, e isso foi um ponto negativo. Não me senti muito segura, uma vez que estava só, mesmo com esta porta de acesso trancada. O barulho vindo desse outro quarto era bem perceptível.

Estacionamento sem cobertura e longe da porta de entrada. Com chuva não tem como se proteger. Caminhamos do carro, que tivemos que estacionar nos fundos, até a recepção debaixo de chuva. A porta de acesso da piscina, que facilitaria a entrada, estava trancada. Muito ruim isso e desconfortável

O hotel possui 2 carregadores veiculares, mas a recepção não sabe o valor que é cobrado. (Falta treinamento) O carregamento podia ser uma cortesia do hotel, isso atrairia muito mais hóspedes

Não tem serviço de ajuda para malas, na entrada a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e ajudou já na saída não teve ninguem para ajudar e o elevador é muito precário. A noite não tem um serviço de restaurante a contento.
