I booked a two night stay on January 28 2026 , reservation QCLPGKPM, for two nights May 27-29 2026. I dedicated a lot of time and effort putting together my Swiss vacation selecting hotels close to the attractions and restaurants that I had included in my plans. On May 25, two days before my arrival and in middle of my Swiss vacation I got an email that they were overbooked and they were moving me to a sister hotel that was further away from the Bern City Center. This disrupted all my prior planning that was intended for a seamless and enjoyable Swiss vacation. I had booked 4 months prior for them to move me out two days before my arrival. A terrible experience without ever reaching the hotel.

Perfekt wenn ein Konzert im gleichen Gebäude... Wie auch das Casino... Wunderbares 5 Sterne Thai Buffet & Schoggi-Brunnen. Parken im UG. Gutes Fitness - Technogym Geräte ohne Wellness... 5 -10 Min. zu Fuss ins Zentrum.

Beim buchen achten, Standardzimmer immer nach innen ohne Balkon und ohne direktes Sonnenlicht, für Aufpreis Zimmer mit Balkon möglich.

L'emplacement parfait, très calme

Au niveau du personnel, malheureusement une personne n'a pas sa place dans cet établissement. Pas sympathique et pas souriante et prends les gens de haut

O hotel é incrível.. bem grande tem cassino , restaurantes e uma área externa com um bar bem interessante… a localização é excelente, a poucos metros do centro histórico. O estacionamento é bem espaçoso!! Recomendo
