The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and big. The restaurant was busy had to wait a little but food was good 👍 😋 👌

Overall everything was better than expected

The room was cozy and nice. They offered a big buffet so you could get dinner without going out.

The pool was ice cold and therefore not usable. The staff were friendly, but would never go out of their way to make anything possible out of the ordinary. The buffett was per se great, it just took about 30 minutes to get a vegetarian Schnitzel and the staff was very unmotivated, looked bored and annoyed, and did not refill any of the food while we where there. So after your 1st round at the buffet, we went back for a second round and had about 20% of the options. That was a big letdown. It felt like a tourist trap - but I think that is probably the same in every hotel there.

Really good location and was central but Yulara os quite small anyway. Room was large and adequate, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also quite good but its cheaper if you book it with reception beforehand instead of adding it when you arrive at the buffet in the morning.

Some staff were undertrained and seemed unsupported by more senior staff. Also had a very rude run in with a staff member (name started with J) on the first day I arrived and had to ask the manager on duty to ask him to stop speaking to me the way he was and to speak to his staff in general. It was not a good start to my trip there.

Outback style

I would like to raise several concerns regarding the quality of my stay: * I observed housekeeping staff using used and dirty towels to dry drinking cups, which I found unhygienic and unacceptable. * There were mosquitoes in the room throughout my stay, causing discomfort and affecting the overall guest experience. * The hotel did not have basic first aid equipment available to assist guests when needed, which was disappointing and concerning from a customer service and safety perspective. These issues further impacted the quality of my stay and fell well below the standard I would reasonably expect from the property.
