"Read my comment about thieves breaking into the rooms here!"

2.0

Uluru location is terrific - it is too bad this hotel company has the monopoly.

We came upon someone breaking into our room before they got away with anything - without describing the whole episode, it could only have been an inside job - the woman who had broken into our room had to have the key to get in to the room, and the room next to ours had also just been broken into. The reception desk did not seem at all surprised by this, and at the car rental place we heard that a robber had broken into a car and a room at the hotel the previous week. The rooms are wildly overpriced, the food is awful, but the beds are comfortable and you may decide to stay here because of the location. But be forewarned that you should expect a significant chance of your possessions being stolen. It certainly ruined our stay, and one of us was constantly in the room for the rest of the "vacation."

nice and quiet- located out of yulara center.

there should be a community kitchen bc the food options all around are either more fast food or very pricey.

"Ein passendes Hotel im Outback."

7.0

Lockere Atmosphäre, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück.

Qualität des Essens. Man kann aber mit kostenlosem Shuttle in andere Hotels fahren. Kalte Zimmer, daher etwas ungemütlich. Mücken.

"Uluru is great. This hotel was not."

4.0

Tastefully decorated. Comfy beds.

There was a rotten egg/sewerage smell from the start that got progressively worse the longer we stayed. The exhaust in the bathroom had to be left on to combat it. At the end on checkout morning it was almost unbearable. We suspect the hotel knew about this smell as our room was late being made up and we couldn’t book in at 3pm as expected, when we did arrive in our room the exhaust fan was going. Everytime we came back to our room after housekeeping had been they had also turned the exhaust on again and left it running. They also struggled to replenish the tea/coffee stock and I had to go and get them myself in several occasions. The grounds are scruffy and could do with a spruce up. Not stuff you’d expect when paying the huge prices to stay here. Disappointed in the lodgings- but definitely not disappointed in Uluru. That was a fantastic experience. We also became aware of other guests having their room broken into and cars stolen whilst there.

Staff on the front desk were very helpful.

One staff member at the BBQ area was quite unhelpful.

"Great location for tours and walking to town centre . The free experiences were very interesting and we learnt a lot abo"

10.0

It had everything we needed. Quiet room with lovely garden outlook . Great bbq for self cooking and plenty of choice in salads. Kiosk good for quick meals.

Maybe some written instructions on how to get the bbq plate heating but plenty of other people cooking helped .
