Mooi hotel. Goede kamers en bedden. Eten die wij hebben gehad was goed. Hou wel rekening met dat alles gepind moet worden.

Alles moet per Pin. Niet alleen bij hotel. Ontbijt aan de prijs.

"Comfortable stay to visit Uluru"

Great location in the Yulara resort area Good value for money especially relative to other places in the resort Comfortable and large room with air conditioning / heating Fun pub / restaurant area with entertainment including music

Most staff at the front desk seemed slow and inexperienced, not very helpful Check in was delayed by over an hour and information wasn’t shared very readily Some drunk local people were allowed to wander around the restaurant and the woman was randomly shouting

Not so helpful communication. It took them multiple days to reply to an email

The moment they charge you, after that they kind of forget about you and wouldn’t even bother replying to your messages or giving a call back.
