Our Room smelled like fish bait due the the refrigerator in the room. When we brought it to the attention of the staff - they left a bottle of cleaning spray and a rag on the porch for us to clean it out ourselves.

We did not stay, we left after viewing the property due to the price and condition.

If you're looking for a five star quality hotel to take the wife on your honeymoon, this is not for you. If you're looking for a place for you and your homies, to stay in A convenient area for fishing lobstering or just getting out. This is the perfect place. While it has not been updated in years, It was very convenient because you could feel free to come home after diving, snorkeling or boating, and not worry about messing stuff up with all the wet feet and clothes And such? The bungalow rooms were very spacious. The lady running the office is the biggest reason I will be back. She was very kind, talkative and helpful. I stopped by the place when I arrived in marathon, just to know where it was. And she told me I could actually check-in 3 hours early. Then, when I told her me and the granddaughter would be snorkeling On checkout day she gave me an extra hour to shower after being in a salt water, which is very rare for hotels these days. Couple minor problems with the room and she was on top of it immediately and even offered to give me another room which I refused since I was only there for one night Anyway. She by far was one of the best office People i've ever dealt with at any florida keys hotels and if I ever open a hotel business, I will be offering her the top management job as this is the type of people you want running your business. Five stars for the convenience and cleanliness of the room, but ten stars four, the office lady. I will be back soon.

SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!! It looks nothing like the pictures. We booked 3 nights and only stayed 1!! There are no floating boats and whats left of the docks are dangerous. This hotel feels more like a rent by the hour hotel. There isn't a front desk or staff to contact. If you need to contact the owner, he doesn't answer. We checked in at a little shed then went to our room. It was nasty. The toliet was the first thing that greets you. The bottom is brown and had dried darker liquid dried on the wall. The shower was nasty as well. The two beds had unwashed old sheets on them. There was dried blood and male fluid on them. We slept in sleeping bags because we got in late. There was dead bugs in the corners of the room and the window AC was not sealed. If this does not bother you, there are lights that light up your room ALL night (no curtains). We didn't sleep and trashed our clothes because we had bed bug bites on our legs. We tried several times to contact the owner but office hours are 11 to 12, so one hour. We knocked on the door of his unit as well. When we contacted hotels.com, they couldn't get in contact with him. When they finally reached him, he claimed we didn't let him fix the issue! You can fix disgusting. We asked for a refund for the 2 nights and were denied. I think its a scam because he knows no one stays and he can rent it out again. STAY AWAY!! Save yourself a lot money and avoid this place!!!!

This place was so bad that we repacked, left the place, forfeited our two day payment, and left for another better place. A sticky 4” nail was on one of the beds. Band aid wrappers were on the floor near the toilet. The pink bathroom tile from the 1950’s was not clean! There was no internet. Cushions on chairs and couch were under-sized replacements that were either stained or moldy. Awful!

Price is OK, office manager Mike is good man, Flore is not clean enough, but quiet area. Window AC noise, I turned it off for night time. If you need budget motel - it is OK.

Filthy room!

I have stayed here several times and it is basic no frills. This time the room was dirty!

It was clean, quaint and the staff so very friendly
