Very clean, attention to detail, quiet Staff was very helpful

The room was not as advertised. We paid for two nights in a boat that they converted over to a room, but they did not have that. Their website shows they have it but they do not have it even though they take your money for it. They would not refund our money. The rooms are dirty and you have no access to the beach

The floors in the bathroom and room were filithy durty, not just under the bed what was really bad, but in the walking areas of the room. What looked to be mold on the ceiling. The window in the bedroom was lit all night, by the outside lighting. There was no access to the water and no beach. Had to sit outside to get internet. This place needs some major TLC! The $280.00 we paid for this room highway robbery. I will never stay their again or recomend to anyone.

It was nice like a cottage atmosphere. But needed some TLC and I saw a large undefinable bug crawling under the bed in the morning. I hoped I wouldn't take one home with me and left earlier than planned to avoid any more chance. I went for price instead of a commercial type establishment. Would not recomend.

You get what you pay for. I was traveling alone so I just needed a place to sleep and shower in the morning. So for $90 out the door, it was a fair place to stay for a fair price. The bed was clean and that is probably one of the most important things. The rest of the room was average cleanliness and I regret looking under the bed as that had not been swept in months. But, it's right next to a gas station with a carryout and beer. You're also within walking distance to both Island Fish Company & Sparky's Landing which both have good food. I wouldn't take my wife there, but I would stay there again while traveling alone without hesitation.
