Floating Sea Cove Resort & Marina

The privacy, outdoor was relaxing was able just sit relax while fishing. The place wasn’t clean properly need a freshener up the blanket smell at lease put in dryer after ever use to kill order little bleach will go a long way. The attendant was welcoming and pleasant, easy checking in.

Our flight and rental car took longer so they didn’t leave an option for us to check into our spot other than the small print under check in instructions after it was required we communicated with them if check in time, even though we have not experienced that with any other stay in the keys. There was no answer, I was left stranded with my children at 1 am with no where to go. So far no refund!

The property was really very very dirty. I had hairs in my sheets, an insect 💩 on my table. Hairs in the sink, dirty shower...

Plain and clean. Thought there were rooms on the water. 2 near a small waterway. Prices in the Keys are outrageous, this was ok for one night.

It was really disgusting, roaches everywhere. There was hair all over the floor

We checked in to the property and arrived to our room which appeared to be either currently occupied or just failed to be cleaned for our check-in. Fortunately, the staff was able to immediately place us in a clean satisfactory room.

Yet she didn't fail to leave an envelope for her tip! As well, there was a sign on the outside of the property advertising the rooms for $89/night, whereas I paid almost twice as much per night! I will be requesting a refund for the difference in price. I DO NOT recommend this property. I don't care that others feel I may be getting a bargain for a place "in the Keys". The basic expectations were just not there.

Was horrible. Dirty room, bed old, smelled, no amenities, dock unsafe to even walk on. Owners place hooked to room amd could hear them talking like was in room with us. And they where loud
