Wegweisung im Hotel is eine Katastrophe. Für die Leistung zu teuer. Aber die Lage macht den Preis.

The location is brilliant, overlooking Lake Musurina, against the backdrop of the Dolomiti mountains. Very tranquil setting, with a terrace overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were old-fashioned and tired looking and the facilities were not up to the standard that one would expect of a 4-star hotel, especially given the price of the rooms. We booked a room to sleep 4 adults, but the bunk beds provided in our allocated room were only suitable for kids. The reception & housekeeping staff helpfully changed our room so that we could have a sofa bed made up for the other 2 adults. But the room was very dark, with insufficient lighting and the power points didn’t seem to be standard European 2-pin, so presented difficulties in charging our phones.
