The bathroom for four star to small

This b&b was in an excellent location. Hai andLan were great hosts, very friendly. The room was lovely and breakfast was also great. Couldn't fault it at all, will definitely be back Xx

Only thing i can think of is that the toiletries were not replenished and weren't enough for 2 people for 2 nights

Couldn't fault our stay at Dene House... will definitely go back.

Lovely location, great aesthetic and hosts were excellent

A big misunderstanding on our check in was dealt with very well once the owners realised the issue. It was a big issue, but, as I say dealt with exremely competently. A lovely b and b and very fresh tasty breakfasts are served by friendly owners/staff.

Only had breakfast 3 out of 6 time as it was a little bit late for me 8.30-9.30 if your out for the day.

Lovely guesthouse with private parking situated just 5 minutes from Bowness centre and lake ferry point etc. Spotlessly clean with very comfortable super king bed (superior room). Nicely furnished. Added bonus was a good sized fridge and large fan which we needed as there was a heatwave. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to park up prior to check-in in as we arrived a little early. Will definitely be returning!!

The ladies that worked there had no people skills at all,didnt talk to you just gave you the thumbs up!! The man was very nice tho. The first morning they had cut the hash browns in half,so we had half a hash brown,then we all got one each every day but on the last day i had 2.... dont make sence. We asked for the room to be cleaned 3 days but it never got cleaned and the bed was only made once. The only thing that was done was gave us some milk pots and toilet roll. There was leaflets says things to do so we see a leaflet there for an old working farm, so drove 50 mins to it to find out it had been closed since covid. When we got back to the hotel i told the lady about it saying she should take leaflets out so know one else does the same thing, but later that day she had just left the leaflet outside on table i gave her and took 2 days for her to take off the display! Then the morning we was leaving the lady said could you please check out at 10 and not 10.30 as we are busy (but the morning before we heard her say the same thing to other people). So if its 10 they want you to check out the should put that.
