Dene House Guest House

Excellent all round. Lovely fresh breakfast made with the finest local ingredients. We were in room 6 on floor 2. Room was spotless, comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is an easy 5 minute walk to bowness centre. A huge plus is the free onsite parking. Will definitely return.

Didn’t like it when we first got there after travelling a couple of hours and needed the toilet only to find I had to go to the public toilets in town as the room wasn’t ready, and they had no toilets for me to use, I felt I could have used my room even though it wasn’t cleaned then gone to town and wait for the room to be ready

Beautiful guest house with lots of charm! Fab room overlooking beautiful gardens. Room was very spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was really nice and always served with a smile 😊 Hai and Lan were brilliant hosts!

Charming old world guest house immaculately maintained with modern comforts and facilities. Spacious room with big comfortable bed and good bathroom. An easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Bowness. Safe off street car parking. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Everything we wanted for our visit to Windemere.
