"Great hotel!!"

We stayed here for 6 days! The location is superb, a few steps from the Main Square, in the middle of the Sibiu Center, close to absolutely everything! Large, clean room, extremely responsive staff, nice restaurant and terrace, great antique furniture!Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! We were there for a wedding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food was incredible throughout our stay, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Magda, our server during the wedding, who was attentive, kind, and truly wonderful. Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous, professional, and eager to help. The included breakfast was another highlight and a great way to start each day. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

"Amazing hotel and great location!"

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Împăratul in Sibiu. The location is excellent—close to the city’s main attractions and perfect for exploring the historic center on foot. The restaurant was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious food each morning. A special thank you to Magda and Alice, whose service was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Their professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sibiu and would gladly stay here again!

"Super!"

Het hotel is midden in het centrum omringt door barretjes en restaurants. De bedden liggen super en het ontbijt was ontzettend goed. We konden parkeren in de buurt van het hotel.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Gebäude an sich sehr schön und voller Scharm.

Sehr schade war der "Spa-Bereich" der war verschmutzt. Fliesen haben sich über die Zeit vom Becken entferned somit war das Wasser sehr trüb von dem Putz und es hat modrig gerochen. Die Schwimmnudeln im Wasser waren mit Schimmel überseht, so auch der Korb für die genutzen Handtücher.
