Excellent breakfast and staff. High level gym and pool. Comfortable bed.

Shower area could be bigger.

Fresh, good selection across many ethnic desires. I couldn't really pick anything that that I would call negative. we ate at both eh executive lounge and the the restaurant on the ground floor and the both worked well

The location is a little bad, its super close to the Airport but there is a pretty noisy freeway right beside it. its closeness to the airport is really because of the freeway so its a catch 22 problem

Breakfast was average. Location not bad. Enjoyed the fitness club.

Right after booking, the hotel sent an email via booking.com that they can provide pick up from airport free of charge, When checked again a few days before departure by responding to the email above, they could not be gotten hold of. So made a call but they said pick up will cost 220 RMB, which is too expensive given 10km distance. So I had to ask my local partner to bring me to the hotel.

Personel doesn't speak enough english for international business. Missing vegetarian options at the restaurant.

A good hotel about 10 Minutes from the Airport, prices are kept down by being ~20 minutes away from the centre of Wuxi. There is a subway station 15-20 Minutes walk away and taxis are cheap

Could do with an airport shuttle being this close to the airport, not that much close by.

明明空調沒壞，卻設定令人不舒適的溫度，房內設定根本沒用！

It’s a good experience to live here, clean and safe.
