DoubleTree by Hilton Wuxi

Well maintained and clean, courteous and well mannered staff, the food spread is continental, back support for language and local travel was extremely good. They go the extra mile to satisfy the requirements of the staying customers.

The hotel is nice very clean and modern. The internet is terrible the hot spot from my phone was 10x faster and the only way I could connect to my work. The breakfast is ok lots to choose from but choices are about the same daily. The lounge is ok but getting a beer seems to be a bother since they do not have them out for you to select. The bar was ok but you have to get the servers attention if you want anything. The hotel is nice and very convenient to the industrial area if you are on business. I would stay again if here for business just don’t expect the typical Hilton experience. The euromart down the street has some nice restaurants the circus table is very good.

Staff was very helpful from check-in through check-out and did what they could to accommodate any needs that I had. They were friendly and helped answer any questions that I had and afforded me personal courtesy.

房间挺大挺干净的，但是健身房设施相对老旧一些，洗浴处没有任何洗浴用品

The hotel is located in the new district of Wuxi. In terms of location, it's a good choice for businessman visiting the industry area or high-tech area. If you are a tourist, maybe better to stay in the CBD or other hotels next to the lake Tai Hu. The hotel itself is well designed, with a small Jiang Nan style garden in the back. I stayed there during 30-31 March. In the evening of 30 March, it was the Earth Hour 2019. The hotel shut most of the lights in the lobby area and arranged a small event for the guests to join (so that guests can turn off the lights in their rooms i guess). Free drinks and small snacks were provided, and there was live musics. Kids can play to decorate a small bulb (actually it was a small glass pot looks like a bulb). A lot of fun! The team well organised the event. Great work :)

전반적인 호텔 시설은 만족함! 하지만 오래된 호텔이다보니 시설의 노후가 많이 보임! 식당의 그릇등이 깨진 부분이 많이 발견됨, 하지만 호텔 주변에 스타벅스, KFC, 편의점, 식당등이 있어서 좋았음!

Visiting the Double Tree was quite interesting because we found trash left in the room and the executive lounge was very messy. I reported the mess to the front desk and they apologized, and told me they will make it work on the next visit.

Stayed here on a recent business trip as the hotel was close to the site I was working at. The hotel is appropriately grand and the swimming pool was lovely (as it was normally empty), just remember your swim cap. I had a corner room on the top floor which gave great views over the industrial part of the city. The room was huge and the bathroom fabulous with separate bath and shower. Breakfasts were really good with a wide range of options. A special shout out goes to the staff who helped me out when my visa card wouldn't work at a local restaurant and they found a way to pay the bill and then charge it to my room. Also worthy of a mention is the eco park near the hotel, if you are short something to do, its worth the short walk

最初に対応してくれた従業員の英語は、少々分かりにくかったですが、ゆっくり聞けば理解できました。後から対応してくれた方の日本語は、すごくわかりやすかった。バスタブも十分な大きさでした。併設されているコンビニは22時で閉店だったようですが、閉店作業後にも対応してくれました。ただ、ビールが台湾の物しかなかったのは残念です。
