Sehr schönes Zimmer. Frühstück hervorragend und sehr viel Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr gut man kann fussläufig alles gut erreichen.

Parkplatzgebühr in der Tiefgarage pro Nacht 26,00 Euro . Langes Anstehen beim Frühstück, erst wegen eines Tisches, dann beim Essen, obwohl ich die Deluxe-Suite gebucht hatte. Teilweise wenig umsichtiges Personal.

das Personal war nett aber komplett unorganisiert. Es fehlt die Führung. Abläufe sind nicht transparent. Dadurch sind die Mitarbeiter oft überfordert, das sie das Durcheinander managen müssen.
