"War bis zu diesem Aufenthalt Fan des Hotels. Habe jetzt aber die bereits gebuchten Aufenthalte für dieses Jahr storniert"

Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet, falscher Name auf Begrüsdungskarte, Babybett im Zimmer obwohl kein Kind angemeldet war, Heizung kaputt.

An der Rezeption verstehen viele Mitarbeiter weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Wenn man mitteilt, dass im Zimmer offenbar die Heizung kaputt ist u 40 Grad sind, kümmert sich immer der Kolllege, der dem Kollegen Bescheid sagt und dann passiert : nichts. Man wird einfach nicht ernst genommen als Gast.
