A very central location. Lovely small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, spoke good english and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Small pool, sauna and spa were lovely. Due to its size they limit the number of guest so you need to book a hourly slot in advance. We quickly got in to the routine of booking the free hotel shuttle for the ski lifts and the spa after skiing if we wanted to go. Bar was nice for a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel has a ski store room with heated boot racks - located beside the shuttle van so very convenient. The staff helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings and also are able to help arrange a transfer from Geneva airport at much better prices than found on the internet.

The bed was too small, especially for my partner who is 190cm. Also didn't like that bathrobes were not included in the price when using the wellness.

Beautiful hotel in La Thuile. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room didn't have a balcony but had a large window overlooking the church and river. Breakfast was very good.

A fantastic hotel in rustic alpine style in the center of the village. This means that you have access to some nice small shops just outside the hotel (and restaurants if needed). It is a couple of hundred meters to the ski lifts but the hotel has a great shuttle service that takes you there in less than 5 minutes. You just need to make sure you book a time slot with the reception. Our comfort room was large and with good storage. The beds were really comfortable and the staff rearranged the bedding to better suit me and my son. Nice large bathroom. The staff is absolutely top class, 10/10, everyone from the reception, the lady in the SPA, cleaners. Special thanks to the restaurant and bar staff who were super friendly, helpful and made the extra effort to make us feel at home. A special thanks also to the shuttle bus driver who had some minor issues with our long all mountain skis but managed it great. The SPA is also really nice with a sauna, steam bath, pool and a relaxation area after a full day of skiing. Again you need to book an hour time slot but that makes sure it does not get crowded. We would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back to La Thuile.

There is really nothing we did not like but there is always something that can be improved. If you indent on going skiing the day you check out then be aware of that you cannot shower when you come back to the hotel before leaving to the airport. You can change clothes but it would be nice to take a quick shower. The half board food was great and there is nothing really to complain about but some dishes lacked a bit of taste and love. We saw some guests ordering from the a la carte menu and it looked great.
