Palazzo Montefusco

It was so convenient. The room fit 4 adults with luggage perfectly. Everything was clean and housekeeping would have come every day, if we wanted them to.

The only thing I did not like was the stairs that had to be taken just to get to reception. This property is not at all handicapped accessible.

Breakfast was okay but there wasn't much of a selection nor were there any real breakfast items on it. Ended up going out to get breakfast the second day there.

Because we were within the shopping district and the small bars were open late, there was a lot of loud conversations going on up until 2:30-3:00am and could not get to sleep.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno centro y con acceso muy fácil a todo, lo que hace que moverse y recorrer la zona sea realmente cómodo. El personal es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, algo que se valora mucho durante la estadía. Las habitaciones son cómodas y, algo que me sorprendió positivamente, están muy bien insonorizadas: a pesar de estar en una zona céntrica, no se escucha prácticamente ningún ruido del exterior.

Me pareció que el precio es un poco elevado en relación a lo que ofrece el hotel. El desayuno es correcto, pero algo justo en variedad, y creo que aún tiene margen para mejorar. Asimismo, considerando que se presenta como un “luxury boutique hotel”, siento que todavía le falta un poco para alcanzar ese estándar. En general, fue una buena experiencia, destacando principalmente la ubicación y la atención del equipo.

Location was great, right in the middle of everything! One night was a little noisy, but we hadn't closed the outer shutters, so that was our fault. Breakfast was ok, but the staff was super friendly and very attentive.

We had a hard time finding the location at first. Its kind of tucked away with no signage.

The location was perfetto! Walk out of the beautiful courtyard and you’re on a lovely street with tons of shops, cafes, etc. Juliano at check-in was so helpful with recommendations and basic direction! Antonio was also great, and Rita was great at the breakfast! If you have mobility issues, there are many stairs to get up to the check-in but once you’re in, there’s an elevator! Everything was beautiful!

Best location, amazing staff! Couldn’t be happier. Guilliano is an absolute gem!!
