Great location, very friendly staff

Está situado en pleno centro. Además, el personal es encantador, tanto la persona que nos recibió, que nos aconsejó varios sitios estupendos donde comer, como el personal de la mañana. Totalmente recomendable.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was generously spacious. Very central location but close to the port.

Nothing. It was a really pleasant stay.

The breakfast staff were very sweet and attentive. Location was in the center of the Main Street and very convenient to everything.

Our room was to be a suite and we were in a regular room. It was a little tight for four people. The front desk didn’t book our 6am transport to the airport so we had to pay 300€ to get to the airport. I will be looking for reimbursement for the difference in cost.

First let me say this, the Staff was great and very helpful. Second if you have a lot of luggage you will have to drag it on the cobble stone streets, as there are No cars allowed to drop you off in front of the hotel. Third, there is not an elevator and you will have to carry your luggage up three flights to get to the front desk. Now there is an elevator once you get into the reception area. Fourth, our room was right underneath a bar and people yelling until 3-4 in the morning. It was horrible!!! Fifth, the room was not what it looked like in the pictures, if I had to rate it between 1-5, it would be a 2. Good Luck

The room was super cozy, stylish and clean, in a prime location and with a fantastic view of the city! Staff were super friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay! I also loved the seating area in the courtyard, which proved a wonderful place to sit and unwind after a long day!

As my room overlooked one of the main streets there was some noise at night, but this was not the fault of the hotel and I found it easy enough to ignore after a long day exploring!
