"Superb"

We had a wonderful few days stay no issues apart from some strange bloke hanging around during breakfast getting me to google Port Vales away shirt hahaha only playing, Marc & Julie were absolutely cracking, The room, Location, The breakfast, The room service was all fantastic!!! Thank you Merritt Guest House B&B.

"Great guest house."

The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to the seafront and train and bus stations. Parking was available for us to the rear of the property but note it is on a first come first serve basis, four spaces available. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, TV, iron and small ironing board, hairdryer, really everything we needed. Lots of choices for breakfast, hot or cold set us up for the day out. Marc and Julie did everything they could to make our stay comfy and enjoyable.

"We enjoyed our short break at the Merritt."

The breakfast was good and freshly cooked. The location was excellent, near shops restaurants, bus and train stations. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

The stairs from the car park were metal and steep. Would have liked the option of porridge on the breakfast menu.

The owners were extremely friendly, very welcoming and our rooms were ready when we arrived. The location of the property was superb. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. The properly was really really clean and the bed was super comfortable!

I liked everything.
