Staff were so polite & communicative to ensure our stay was the best it cpupd possibly be, for tbat i thank them and would most certainly stay again.

We've booked family EnSuite . There was only one stool inside so that we have to sit in the bed . There is nothing you can hold on when you finish the bath from the bath tub .One night the fire alarm sounded at midnight for 30 minutes ！ Anyway,the location is very convenient and we can have biscuits every day in the room ·

The staff were very helpful & welcoming this was our second visit and had great food & great entertainment

Hotel is central, but can be noisy due to the pub below.

Pretty, traditional pub with fantastic live music. The band was one of the best I've ever seen! Also, located about 5 minutes walk from Emsworth train station.

Water supplying the shower and hot tap in kings room trickled or didn't give a constant flow. My wife had a cold shower and mine wás warm. Bath impossible to fill with hot water. Shame. The staff were very polite and couldn't be more helpful. We didnt complain as we just wanted to get on with our evening. Water system let everything else down.

My wife and I stayed three nights during the Festival of Speed. The location was very convenient, and the price acceptable. Unfortunately, the hotel was dirty, noisy and no service at all. We couldn't even buy breakfast. The worst hotel we've ever stayed in - we would not want to stay again.

Easy check in and pleasant welcome. Shared bathroom was expected is I'd read up about the hotel before visiting. Would i stay for a week ? Probably not but for what i needed (arrive 8.30pm depart 7.30am) it was a clean and comfortable stay.

Great, friendly and very professional staff including housekeeping team. Lovely food, great breakfasts!!!!. Was visiting Stansted Park for two concerts, Ildivo and Sir Tom Jones. Unfortunately Sir Tom concert cancelled at short notice for health reasons, but the Landlord made up for our disappointment by playing Toms greatest Hits, for the remainder of the evening. Thank you Paul. Special bonding moment. Just like a bridge over troubled waters...…... Hope to comeback to your lovely place soon, see all the great staff, and maybe meet Art.
