The environment is good, well maintained outdoor, a mini forest with a river

Food is terrible, way below expectation, what a waste of the excellent Hokkaido produce. The chef should reflect why even breakfast is so so, bacon not crispy, plating looked real sad. we ordered the most expensive Wagyu beef and crab dinner set, nothing is good, super disappointing. White wine is not chilled enough, waiter not professional, did not even ask us to try before serving since we ordered a full bottle.

Peaceful tranquil resort. Next to Nidom Classic Golf course.

French food so so. Japanese dinner was good ! No onsen and sauna opens only from 2pm.

The breakfast was a set menu. Ordered the Japanese set. It was delicious. The shuttle service and personalize staff service was outstanding. The seclusion of the resort with an adjacent golf course was fabulous. Beautiful weather!

The Onsen hours could have been better applied. This means having morning hours to visit. One of our two toilet did not properly function. The bidet control were not aligned. There is no public transportation to the facility. It could be improved.

We had the Japanese style breakfast. They were delicious with good quality ingredients. The location is near to the airport but far away from restaurants. So, it is good to have a car to travel. The ground around the hotel is beautiful! Very tranquil and peaceful.

The facilities in the bath Onsen could be cleaner and better equipped.
