"Great and luxurious resort with beautiful bungalows and very good service"

We got an upgrade and instead of the booked room, we got a whole house. This was simply fantastic, very cozy, clean. The whole complex is impressive. The onsen was great and very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, unfortunately only one person could speak English halfway. The distance to the airport was very good.

The breakfast was of good quality, but far too much. It would be better if they had more options to choose from and not bring everything to the table at once. The room service (dinner) was ok, but the value for money was not fully convincing.

"Was worth the special trip."

This is a great place to stay if you’re transiting Chitose or want to stay in the area. While it may seem a little bit far from the airport —in fact not far at all just take a taxi about 20 minutes. The rustic log cabins are quaint and the restaurant is excellent. The restaurant staff is fantastic and we’re very helpful with keeping the restaurant open for arrival. The setting is really beautiful in the winter.

I would suggest that you call the hotel directly instead of using this app to communicate. Also please remember to change water and clean water heating pot!!!

Everything. The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. I'm not sure why this place is not a 5 star hotel and does not have a 10/10 rating. The cabin we booked was very spacious and had every amenity we needed. We enjoyed our brief stay and would absolutely come back without hesitating

Very nice scenic area. Wood cabin overlooks the lake.

Can’t do cooking in the wood cabin, which was slightly inconvenient. Dinner was good but only set menu which was restrictive
