Clean, tidy nice garden and pool, good breakfast easy stroll of 25 minutes into heart of Torquay.

The shower was small and water temperature not easy to adjust..

"Hotel in a good position for the harbour by bus."

Breakfast was very good, exceptionally clean hotel, bedroom was comfortable with a lovely view. Member of staff Colin was a great asset to the hotel. Liza was a lovely hostess.

TV stopped working on the 2nd night of our stay which was very disappointing.

Charming hotel, would like to come back. Lisa was lovely and when we had a problem with our door lock she fixed it all very quickly.
