"Very central, lovely staff, comfy beds, but hotel needs some love"

The staff at this hotel are fabulous - helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The beds and bedding were SO comfortable. Downsides - the hotel is a bit tired and could do with some paint/modernising. And the breakfast (was tasty and good) but the cutlery/plates/cups are all disposable with no option to recycle these single use items.

Location

Our room was not cleaned. We had to use the pullout sofa and there was chips underneath it. The sheets looked used. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. It was not comfortable.

"Nice hotel but improvements needed"

Friendly staff and great location for the marathon.

Overall nice hotel but needs some upgrades. No towels when I went to get in the shower. Bed was so squeaky and not that comfy. Food for breakfast was typical of hotel food nothing special. Only one elevator so waiting for it took awhile.

you had to pay $30 to park which was not listed. the treadmills in the gym were broke the gym was filthy the water machine was broken in the room the phone did not work and there were outlets to plug a phone charger in

"Excellent"

Overall stay was good, breakfast was good, only issue was for parking, parking ramp was full when we arrived late and parking on the street was confusing, We ended up getting a parking ticket because we didn't read the sign correctly ended up paying $30 ticket
