We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for giving us such a warm welcome and for the really delicious breakfasts. You have a lovely hotel and we enjoyed the location. It was far enough out to be a quiet location, but also near lots of very good restaurants.

"Cozy place for a short visit to Edinburgh"

Beautiful place just outside of the downtown. felt very nice and traditional. Fabulous breakfast too! It’s a quick walk from the old city or just a few bus stops away. Buses run very frequently in that corridor

Rooms on the top floor can get warm on a sunny day and there is no AC but, let’s say, this is ok for Scotland

"Great host and fantastic breakfast but very spartan room."

The owners were so lovely and made our stay. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Accommodating with parking.

Room was tired, basic and very dusty, which was such a shame! New carpet, deep clean and a fresh lick of paint would have made such a difference.

Small hotel but large rooms and great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and definitely be returning.

Not much parking but was able to rent a parking space 400 metres away.
