If I had to complain no towel rail for hand towel in bathroom by the sink and no toilet roll holder

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff was really kind and welcoming, helping me with detailed info about the city, bus service and my train journey. I was given a packed breakfast since I had to leave early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops, allowing you to reach the city centre in less than no time..the bed was comfy and the room was spotless. Being an ancient building it has only stairs, which was fine for me.

Wonderful quiet location. Susan and Kevin are wonderful hosts. Also enjoyed chatting with Kelly in the afternoon. Room was clean and well set up. Breakfast was wonderful!
