The hotel room smelling cigarets, the carpet floor was back without cleaning, the reception had unprofessional person with friends without shoes seating in the floor like a private party. Very poor service and room. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Breakfast. Only available between 07:30 and 08:30. Consisted of 1 fried egg, baked beans and two slices of toast. (Cereals were available). One guest came down for breakfast at 08:20 and was tild there was none left.

Key benefit is a free parking spot and location of the hotel. I needed a location which is neither far from Gatwick (by car), nor far from London (with public transport) - so perfect spot. Also you can find good pubs in the area.

Such a lovely building needs full repair inside - rooms, furniture, noise isolation, bathrooms. I understand that price was not high, but still you'd expect a bit more for it. Can do better on tidiness
