"Stay away from this hotel"

We abandoned staying as the hotel as it is dirty with a strong smell of smoke and felt totally unhygienic. We also did not feel safe, The bedroom was dirty along with a very mouldy bathroom. They have been reported to Croydon EHO and Trading Standards. Waiting for a full refund but the hotel are refusing to pay. 😡 STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

"DANGER: Bed room wall falling down, NO refunds given, keep away"

It had a car park that was almost empty

The WALL!! in the bed room was falling down, and the room was filthy, stains and durty. Took one look and left,
