Needs updating

Wooden tv frame completely broke and leaning against the wall.. room was dated 1980s room stunk window didn’t open

The whole thing

Shower wouldnt attached to the wall as the bracket was broken, so you had to hold it. And there was Mould in the room. Didnt open the curtains as we thought they might fall down , as all the plaster around it was very loose. The tv was on the wall but at a angle. Breakfast. Where do l start. Asked for 2 full English coffee and juice. Was waiting about 5 minutes, the man came and said he had ran out of bread so was going to the shop and wouldnt be long. 15 minutes later he came back. Brought the coffee and juice then followed on with the breakfast. The full English was a 1 sausage, 1 fried egg and some beans and some toast with no butter has he had run out.

The Bed was comfortable and clean, it was quiet during the night which was surprising as on a main road.

The hotel is very dilapidated and worn. The furniture items were missing handles and drawers, and the furniture and bath were battered and grubby. It has the feel of a brothel, this was certainly my concern when arriving, and I immediately regretted the decision to stay, but as I was a single woman arriving late in the evening I could not risk trying to find elsewhere so basically locked myself into the room with the key provided. It is an old Victorian house and I could hear people peeing from different rooms around the house!
