"The most gorgeous Inn!"

We recently stayed at The Rock Inn as part of our mini moon, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Nestled in a stunning Dartmoor location, the inn offers the ideal blend of countryside charm, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after the excitement of our wedding. The food was simply incredible – every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and easily some of the best food we’ve enjoyed. It was clear that great care and attention goes into every dish. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and personal touch made the last night of our mini moon feel even more memorable. Our room was cosy, comfortable, and immaculately presented, with an extremely comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The whole pub has a beautiful atmosphere, stylish yet traditional, with plenty of character and a wonderfully homely feel. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mini moon and would highly recommend The Rock Inn to anyone looking for fantastic food, outstanding hospitality, and a truly special stay in Dartmoor. We can’t wait to return.

"Fijne B&B met goed restaurant."

Sfeervolle oude Inn. Prima kamer en badkamer. Erg goed restaurant (ontbijt en diner); erg lekkere steak! Gratis parkeren op straat. Dartmoor np om de hoek.

"A Real Birthday Re-Treat"

The peace and tranquility . Our Dinner and Breakfast were superb. The surroundings were perfect. My husband is ,already, talking of another break at The Rock for our anniversary.

I suppose parking could be a problem ??

"A wonderful stay"

The food was on another level to pub grub,delicious. Staff were very friendly,helpful,and well organized. The room was clean,with comfortable bed and a nice view. The location is outstanding with Haytor just a few minutes drive.
