Family run B and B . Very lovely couple. Very clean throughout. Lovely bathrooms. Fabulous breakfast options- freshly made hot foot and large cold food selection. Parking in front.

Very comfortable rooms, clean and with everything you need. Very warm welcome and great breakfast with very friendly service. Parking is easy and ideally situated. An early check in was arranged for 5 rooms which was really helpful.

Have to start with the fact that breakfast was lovely and breakfast rooms was too. Young lady serving was polite and freindly. Our bed was very comfortable and the place itself was in a great location for the sea front if you wanted it.

The guy that greeted us was "odd". We were unsure initially if he was a guest, he gave room info like we'd stayed there every year and it was just a very odd greeting altogether. Our room was room 8 at the top. The TV remote was "delayed" which we reported on the morning we left. We turned up the volume and assume it hadnt worked and then 5 minutes later, not an exageration, the volume would shoot up. The same with all actions we tried! The bathroom wasnt overlooked but the windows were clear with no blinds which was quite off putting and made a for a very quick shower. There was no milk in the fridge but all the other bits were there!

Breakfast was very good and the location was really very good. Would definitely recommend. We are going to book another stay.

It was a perfect stay. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Clean and tidy. Homely. Comfy beds. Beautiful shower and shower room. Tasty breakfast.

We enjoyed every part of our stay.
