The Hunting Lodge

We stayed in the Louis suit and it was brilliant. The staff were amazing and welcoming, could not of wished for a better hotel to stay in.

I think overall it was overpriced also the price said breakfast included, but that was only a continental one it would have been £7 per person extra. The staff were very pleasant.

we really enjoyed our visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large with the added bonus of a four poster bed. I can recommend this Hunting Lodge to anyone for accommodation and sevice

Everything was perfect. The service on reception, in the bar and restaurant were all very good. The Manager was kind and helpful and worked hard. We will definitely go there again.

The Hunting lodge is a great old pud. It looks amazing inside, serves fanastic food, a very good section of great spirits and beer. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I stayed here to celebrate my fiancee birthday and she was every impressed and had a great time. This was mainly down to the staff and how great the property and service was

This was a rushed, emergency hotel stay and I picked this hotel for the affordable price but OMG the pub downstairs is gorgeous, you get free breakfast and lunch is affordable and utterly delicious, the room was absolutely spotless and furnished beautifully. Overall so so impressed and the manager, Chantelle was so so sweet to us. The hunting lodge rules!

Just very friendly staff good food amazing chimneys

Overnight stay as attending a wedding at Prestwold Hall which was an easy taxi ride away. We ate lunch in the garden which was lovely the the continental breakfast the next morning as we nice. The room was spacious and the beds comfy albeit a little unusual with a wooden step which made it a little awkward to negotiate. Very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

The hotel is nice but the rooms need some attention. Mattress was thin and not comfortable. Also need to upgrade to quilts not blankets. The heating in the room didn’t work and the small heater provided packed up in the night so woke up cold. With a few upgrades it could be fantastic.
