We had a superb warm welcome on arrival from staff. She also was so friendly and engaging on our departure. It was so lovely to talk at length with such a friendly owner. The lounge area looked lovely and I would have loved to investigate more of the hotel if we'd stayed longer. Location is superb for theatre, cafes and fish and chip shops. Parking is on-street, but even if outside it full, within about 5 mins walk there's plenty of parking.

Sadly, no breakfast until summer, but there's a great cafe across the road. Family room was spacious with two rooms, but shared a bathroom in the double room.
