"Wrong room type"

On arrival was told they were out of double rooms so I could only have a twin. Why I wasn't contacted about this I'm not sure?? Room was pretty cold as conservatory style doors seemed to let cold air in. Breakfast was nice and there was wi fi.

"Very pleasant hotel with excellent breakfast"

The log cabin type rooms suited us, they were warm,and well spaced out, set in a lovely back garden with central pond feature. The hotel is very close to both the airport and LG arena.The owners served a hearty full English breakfast!

Good value. Very friendly hosts. Comfortable and well equipped room. Cooked breakfast plentiful. .minibus transport to nec great. Enjoyed stay and will definitely visit again.

"Perfect stay"

My husband and I stayed here overnight, with my daughter and boyfriend whom also had a room next door to us. Very handy for the NEC, as we had a lift over in their mini bus to the exhibition. We hired a taxi back due to being out later, as we had continued into the centre of Birmingham on the train, to visit the Xmas Market. Taxi was only Ā£6 from the train station back to the B&B. Very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Highly recommended ~ shame the owners are selling up as they are really warm and welcoming people. Perfect location for the airport etc.

"Great place to stay"

Great place to stay! Very accommodating, full English breakfast included in price. Excellent choice of breakfast. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, tea, coffee,milk, were all available in the room.
